Turn parts of Wareed on or off for your clinic without losing data.
Administrators can turn parts of Wareed on or off for the clinic from Features (/features). Turning a feature off hides its pages from the sidebar and Search. It never deletes data, and turning it back on restores everything.
Clinic work
- Patients: patient records, Cleanup, and the patient file
- Calendar: calendar, queue, schedules, waiting list, and public booking
- Billing: invoices, outstanding balances, and day close
- Reports: reports, saved reports, and scheduled runs
Messaging and Fatma
- WhatsApp: the WhatsApp inbox, templates, and broadcasts
- AI receptionist: Fatma answering patients on WhatsApp
- AI copilot: Fatma inside the workspace and the command center

Always available
Home, Inbox, Users, Roles, Organization, and Settings stay available as long as a person's role allows them.
The visit scribe has its own switch in the scribe settings inside a visit, so a clinic can use visits and notes without recording.
