Booking links and QR codes for the clinic and each doctor, and what patients see.
Patients can book themselves through public booking links, without an account.
Booking links
Open Booking, then Booking links. Each clinic has its own link, and each doctor with a schedule has a personal link. Every link has a QR code you can print for the front desk or share on social media.
If a link is missing, set the clinic's booking address in My booking settings first.
What patients see
Patients choose a service and a doctor, then pick from times that are really free inside the doctor's schedule and your notice rules. Prices appear when you have set them.
After booking, the patient gets a confirmation with a link to manage the appointment. From that link they can reschedule or cancel within your rules. If a pre-visit form applies, the confirmation includes it too.
Rules you control
From the booking settings you decide how far ahead patients can book and how much notice you need before a visit. Only doctors with a schedule and services you have set up can be booked.
Requests that need a person
Booking chats appear in the Booking inbox, and in the main Inbox alongside WhatsApp. Use Find a booking to look one up.
