Getting started
Sign in, find your way around, and do the first four things most clinics need.
Wareed has three addresses:
- wareed.io is the public website.
- docs.wareed.io is these docs, in English and Arabic.
- app.wareed.io is where your team works. Sign in there with the email and password your administrator gave you.
Patients never need an account. The links they receive for booking, pre-visit forms, and their portal open on app.wareed.io without signing in.
Your first day
If you are the first administrator, the setup wizard opens after you sign in. It walks through your organization, locations, doctors, schedules, services, WhatsApp, and Fatma. You can save and leave at any step.
Everyone else lands on Home.
What you should see
The sidebar on the left lists pages. You can drag its edge to make it wider or narrower, or drag it all the way in to collapse it. Search sits at the top of every page.
The workspace follows your language. Switch between Arabic and English with the language button in the top bar, and the whole layout changes direction with it.
Do these four things
- Open today's queue from Calendar.
- Add a patient, even a test one.
- Press
Ctrl+K(⌘+Kon a Mac) and typeadd patientor the name of a page. - Leave yourself a note on Home. Only you can see it.
Where to go next
- Front desk staff: Appointments and calendar, then Fatma in the Inbox.
- Doctors: Visits and notes, then the visit scribe.
- Administrators: Organization and access, then Features.
Previous and Next at the bottom of each page follow the order of the sidebar.
