What the form asks

• What you manage: one clinic, a multi-specialty medical center, several branches, or a hospital.
• Number of locations, then the number of doctors in one location or across your branches.
• How you manage appointments today and what you want Wareed to help with.
• Your name, WhatsApp number, and (optionally) email and a preferred time.

You see one question at a time; the doctor-count question adapts to the number of branches. Please do not include patient data.

After you submit

Wareed's sales team will contact you within 24 hours of submission to discuss the setup and your free month. Submitting is not a subscription commitment. A member of our team helps prepare your account; completing the form does not activate a trial immediately.
